  • Technical Sync Data: A “seed” value used to generate your training plan locally on your device.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to maintain your account, generate training plans, and process payments via RevenueCat. We do not track user behavior via third-party analytics or sell your data.

3. Data Storage and Transfers

  • Service Data: Stored in the Europe-west2 (London) region via Google Cloud/Firebase.
  • Authentication Data: Processed and stored in the United States via Firebase Authentication under standard contractual safeguards.

4. User Control: Deletion and Reseting

You have direct control over your data within the App:

  • Settings -> Account -> Reset my Account: Clears training history.
  • Settings -> Account -> Delete Account: Permanently erases your account and all associated data.
  • Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 12 months are automatically deleted (unless a paid subscription is active).

5. Third-Party Services & Links

  • Service Providers: We use Firebase for data/auth and RevenueCat for subscriptions.
  • Third-Party Links: The App may contain links to external services (e.g., a Strava Club). These are independent services. We do not share your fitness data with these third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
